Ashley founded PRF Studio out of a lifelong fluency in two worlds: the residential real estate she grew up inside, and the visual disciplines — fine art, biophilic design, and tropical modernism — that have shaped how she sees space.
She leads every project personally, from first site walk to final styling, keeping the studio intentionally boutique so each commission receives the attention it deserves.
Home is the most personal thing we design. I am drawn to the quiet way a house can hold a family — through light, through landscape, through the things they choose to live with.

Ashley and her husband bring over 20 years of combined experience in luxury real estate development, acquisitions, hospitality environments, and high-end residential properties.
